This is the time of year that we have cottonwood and cherry blossoms sifting through the air and dropping into our pools.
These are photos of skimmer baskets plugged with cottonwood. You can see how thick it is and just imagine the strain that it is putting on your pool pump.
Please check these baskets every couple days to ensure your pump stays healthy and your chlorine is free to do its job of sanitizing pool instead of attacking debris.
